Advertisers/Subscribers to MuzzleClub.com should be aware when listing products Advertisers/Subscribers should acknowledge any manufacturers Trade Marks, logos and branding, should said item request acknowledgment. Items should not be purported incorrectly through trade marks or branding. MuzzleClub.com does not condone misuse of Trade Markings or brands. i.e Jeep® is a world-wide registered trademark of Chrysler Corp
Advertising Conditions
MuzzleClub.com works tirelessly to make sure the accuracy and authenticity of all its Advertisers/Subscribers products and monitor items on a dip test basis regularly, however we can accept no liability for the accuracy of information published by 3rd party Advertisers/Subscribers, regarding services, goods offered, guarantee of ownership or legality, or any loss or damages which may result in a any contract or purchase, this lies solely with the Advertiser/Subscriber therefrom.
Advertisers/Subscribers advertising items/services confirm that said item/service has full title to the goods/service and that the item/service is suitable for purpose and quality that it is intended or breach MuzzleClub.com Firearms Policy as per below.
MuzzleClub.com at its own discretion, may request proof of ownership of any property’s listed on its website from Advertisers/Subscribers any items without requested proof may be suspended or deleted from its servers (this covers proof of photographic imagery). MuzzleClub.com reserves the right to amend, edit , suspend or delete any advertisement without warning or refunds.
MuzzleClub.com will not accept the following:
Advertisements for any unrelated military items that are Cleary not of any military origin.
Advertisements that are misleading or believed fraudulent.
Links to other website’s or advertising agencies i.e eBay or Gumtree.
Adverts with more that one item for sale.
MuzzleClub.com refunds for advertising fees paid are given in exceptional circumstances, for example when an advert fails to appear for either technical reasons or errors.
Fair Trade Policy
MuzzleClub.com works on a fair trading policy, and we accept buying any item or service is a two way “thing”, that’s why we have a dedicated support system for both buyer and Advertisers/Subscribers, by using our REPORT button, you can notify us at MuzzleClub.com HQ of a poor sale – bogus Buyer – we can then investigate any issues, any foul play will be dealt with on a point based system on an individual basis. Based on the score of those points could result in the user being banned from the use of MuzzleClub.com
Any purchase/sale that may take place as a result of advertising published on MuzzleClub.com, takes place between the seller and buyer and will exclude MuzzleClub.com by purchasing space for advertising, Advertisers/Subscribers specifically agree to indemnify of MuzzleClub.com and its owners from “ALL” legal actions that may arise what so ever. Please note this does not exclude the right to use the REPORT button – this is dealt with by MuzzleClub.com as a separate entity.
Advertisers/Subscribers
MuzzleClub.com reserves the rights regarding amending Subscription pricing “however” to support the Advertiser/Subscriber we will notify you as the customer with 3 months advance notice and before any renewal
Firearms Policy
MuzzleClub.com accepts all adverts regarding deactivated, blank fire, airsoft/air rifle and section 1 and 2 firearms, however reserve the right to refuse, edit or remove adverts without prior warning or the basis of the following:
Deactivated Weapons: MUST state they are “deactivated”. Note: all deactivated weapons should be sold with a valid deactivation certificate.
Section 1 and 2 firearms: MUST state “only permitted for Section__ licence holders”
Blank Firing/Airsoft Weapons/Replica: MUST state “Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 Applies”. http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2006/38/part/2/crossheading/imitation-firearms
Please note Advertisers/Subscribers selling these types of items should ensure that they have (if required by local law) the appropriate permits to hold,sell and export such items. Items in this category should NOT be sold to those under 18 years of age, MuzzleClub.com actively advises Advertisers/Subscribers to obtain proof of age prior to selling any such item.
We will not accept adverts for, ammunition, pyrotechnics, explosives or instruments of torture. Nor will we accept adverts for body armour “or” any manuals of any such kind. Sale of Smoke Dischargers are licensable items under UK law and therefore we will not accept adverts for them unless they are de-activated or inert.
